The program takes place in two forms: in person and online. Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association plans to organize direct legal consultation and dissemination for people at 5 locations in 4 districts, including: District 1 (2 locations), District 10, Tan Binh District and Binh Thanh District with the participation of 20-30 lawyers from reputable law firms in Ho Chi Minh City. The program takes place on October 8.
