This is a meaningful activity aimed at preserving and spreading positive cultural values ​​during the Lunar New Year. It also provides a beneficial platform for officers and soldiers of the unit to participate in joyful and wholesome cultural and artistic exchanges. Especially for the youth of Regiment 141, this is the initial implementation of the "Military-Civilian Red Thread" model, giving unmarried young officer candidates in the unit the opportunity to interact and get to know female members of the Lang Son Provincial Youth Union and the affiliated unit.

It is known that the "Green Sticky Rice Cake Festival" program is organized annually by Regiment 141, thereby contributing to affirming the close and friendly relationship between the military and the people, enhancing the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers and the spirit of initiative, creativity, and readiness to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
