Navy Region 1 helps people overcome the consequences of storm No. 5

After supporting local people and localities in implementing measures to prevent and combat storm No. 5 (Kajiki), the Naval Region 1 Command continued to mobilize hundreds of officers and soldiers to help people overcome the consequences caused by the storm.

Immediately after storm No. 5 (Kajiki) swept across the mainland, on August 26, the Command of Naval Region 1 directed units: Squadron 137 (Brigade 169); Radar stations: 510, 515, 525 (Regiment 151) to mobilize more than 250 officers and soldiers to quickly and with vehicles to support local authorities and people of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh provinces to overcome the consequences caused by the storm.

The timely presence in difficult times has left beautiful images of Uncle Ho's soldiers and Navy soldiers in the hearts of the people.
