According to Colonel Dinh Khac Hung, Commander of Division 304 (Military Region 2), immediately after receiving instructions from the Military Region Command, the Division urgently deployed more than 100 officers and soldiers to actively support people in transporting assets and household items to safety; promptly supporting the transportation and supply of necessities to areas isolated by floods.

Officers and soldiers of Division 304 were also present in residential areas with people to clean up mud, clean the environment, drain water, and restore traffic routes.

On October 11, the Division's leaders and commanders continued to be present at flooded residential areas, directly directing and encouraging soldiers to carry out the task of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters; directing units to use military vehicles to transport people through flooded areas, and organizing to bring students to school safely.

Vehicles carrying officers and soldiers of Division 304 (Military Region 2) marched to Huu Bang village, Binh Nguyen commune, Phu Tho province to support people in overcoming flood consequences.
