In the first six months of 2026, the emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" Emulation Movement of the Central and Brigade Emulation Bloc were led and directed by the Party Committees and commanders of the units to supplement and strengthen the Emulation and Reward Council; review, adjust, supplement and issue documents, regulations and rules on emulation and reward work; and strictly maintain the order and operational procedures.

The emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement have focused on successfully fulfilling the key political tasks of each unit; at the same time, linking the emulation movement with the implementation of Directive No. 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style; the campaign "Promoting traditions, contributing talents, worthy of the name of Uncle Ho's soldiers - the Navy soldiers" in the new era; and other emulation movements and campaigns of all levels and sectors, creating great motivation, encouraging and inspiring collectives and individuals to unite, overcome difficulties, and compete to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

In the last six months of the year, the Party Committee and commanders of the units in the emulation bloc continued to thoroughly understand and effectively implement the directives and guidelines from higher authorities regarding the organization and implementation of emulation movements, intensive and peak emulation campaigns, and various movements. They also did a good job of summarizing and reviewing the 2026 Emulation Movement, and promptly proposed commendations and awards according to regulations. Furthermore, they intensified propaganda and education , especially through newspapers and radio, to ensure that all officers and soldiers, primarily Party committees and commanders at all levels, fully understood the significance of emulation and reward work and its impact on the results of fulfilling the unit's key political tasks.

In the first six months of 2026, the emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement of the 2nd Naval Region received close leadership and guidance, comprehensively and synchronously implemented with a focus on key areas in terms of content, form, and methods. This created a tremendous impetus to encourage and motivate officers and soldiers in all units throughout the Region to unite, strive to overcome difficulties, and successfully and excellently complete all tasks.
