On August 16, Hanoi Publishing House and children's book brand Crabit Kidbooks, together with author Alicia Vu, introduced the picture book series "Wonderella - Ella in the neighborhood of Anything Can Happen". This is part 1 of the "Wonderella" series, conceived by author - child psychologist Alicia Vu.

Part 1 of the series is a 4-part series about "Ella in Anything Goes".

Alicia Vu is the author of two book series "Kind Fairy Tales" (Hanoi Publishing House to be released in 2022) and "Raising Children with Opinions" (The Gioi Publishing House to be released in 2023).

The book series “Wonderella” was inspired by the author from many years of observing children and from the foundation of modern and advanced child psychology, especially the philosophy of “Independent children”. The book series encourages children to think independently through the journey of 5 young characters facing their own challenges, from which they can draw valuable lessons for themselves.

Part 1 of the series titled “Wonderella: Ella in Anything Goes” tells the story of Ella and her family moving to a new street called Anything Goes. This part has 4 stories including: “Ella and the New Neighbor” about sincere apologies; “Ella and the Unpleasant Scholar” about respecting differences; “Ella and the Giant Ice Cream” about sharing joy and responsibility; “Ella and the Secret Door” about teamwork.

"Ella in Anything Goes" has an internationally inspired setting and characters. However, the author believes that no matter what country or culture they come from, friendship, love and emotions are always common things that all children share. This makes the stories and lessons in the book series easy to understand and can be accepted by children in Vietnam or the world.

“Wonderella: Ella in Anything Goes” promises to be a meaningful gift for children and parents during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
