Bao Lam 4 Commune breaks through to break the dead end

On July 29, the Party Committee of Bao Lam 4 commune held the 1st Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the Congress.

Attending the Congress were comrades representing leaders of departments, branches, Party building committees and 139 delegates representing 393 party members from 25 affiliated grassroots party organizations.

Bao Lam 4 Commune was established on the basis of merging 3 administrative units, including Loc Phu, Loc Lam and B'La communes. The commune has an area of 343.35 ^km2 and a population of 10,073 people.

The economy continues to play a role as a driving force for growth; agricultural production reached a value of over VND220 million/ha; budget revenue reached nearly VND148 billion; average income per capita reached over VND60 million.

Currently, the system of working blocks of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of the commune is somewhat small, but in the past time when establishing the commune and putting into operation the 2-level local government, cadres and party members always uphold the spirit of serving the people, quickly, neatly and accurately resolving administrative procedures.

In the coming time, the Commune Party Committee identifies this as one of the key construction projects to meet work requirements and better serve the people.

The Party Committee of Bao Lam 4 commune determined that investing in upgrading a number of traffic routes in the area will help people travel conveniently and promote the development of local trade and services.

The two routes identified as key projects are upgrading and expanding the route from the center of Loc Phu commune (old) to village 2 of B'La commune (old) connecting to provincial road DT 725. Upgrading and expanding the traffic route connecting to Bao Lam 1 commune, the section from bridge 1 of Loc Phu commune (old) to the headquarters of the People's Committee of Loc Lam commune (old).

In the next 5 years, Bao Lam 4 commune sets out 13 targets for economic development and Party building; focuses on implementing 5 key tasks, 3 development breakthroughs, 3 key projects, and attracting 2 investment projects.

At the Congress, delegates heard a report on the results of the preparatory session; a report on the verification of the qualifications of delegates attending the Congress; a political report presented to the Congress; and a review report of the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Delegates listened to reports summarizing opinions on draft documents: Bao Lam Commune Party Congress 4, Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, delegates voted to approve the draft Congress resolution.

Appointed comrade Bui Xuan Quy - Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Bao Lam district to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Bao Lam 4 commune, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Hoang Thi My Hang and comrade Nguyen Van Tam to hold the position of Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the commune.
