Cam Lam Commune met to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day

On the afternoon of November 18, Cam Lam Commune People's Committee held a meeting to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025) to express gratitude and honor the great contributions of teachers in the area.

Cam Lam commune leaders presented flowers to congratulate the local education sector.

At the meeting, delegates and teachers reviewed the 43-year tradition of Vietnamese Teachers' Day; the process of building and developing the education sector of Cam Lam commune after implementing the 2-level local government. In recent times, the education sector of Cam Lam commune has had many positive changes. In the commune, there are 29 educational institutions, of which preschools have 98 groups of children with 2,903 children; primary schools have 217 classes with 7,462 students; secondary schools have 154 classes with 6,192 students. Up to now, school facilities and equipment continue to receive attention and investment; the quality of the teaching staff has been improved with 100% meeting standards.

Speaking at the meeting, the leader of Cam Lam Commune People's Committee acknowledged and praised the great contributions of the teaching staff over many periods to the development of the homeland; at the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the teaching staff would continue to promote good traditions, uphold the spirit of responsibility, and constantly strive to accompany students on their journey of knowledge and personality building.
