Since the morning of November 20, after receiving a request from local authorities to support people in flooded areas, the unit has quickly established mobile working groups to go to heavily flooded areas in Khanh Hoa province to carry out support plans to help people.

The factory has established 3 mobile teams of 25 people directly commanded by the Director, Political Commissar and Deputy Military Director; using 3 cars, 1 crane truck, 3 boats, canoes, 100 life jackets; at the same time, it requested Factory X52 to increase 1 motorboat and mobilize 1 canoe from a local enterprise to focus on rescuing people in deeply flooded areas to safety. Along with that, the unit supported nearly 200 liters of gasoline to serve the people in rescue boats to evacuate people and transport essential necessities.

With the spirit of urgency to save people, by the evening of November 21, the unit's forces had moved more than 20 motorboat trips, bringing more than 250 people out of the dangerous area to safety, including many elderly people, women, especially children under 1 month old. 3 families, with 14 members, were brought to the factory by the unit, where they were given food and accommodation in the past few days.

Currently, the unit's forces continue to stay in flooded areas to deploy support work for people with necessities. The unit's Women's Union has mobilized cadres and workers to donate and support more than 100 sets of clothes, promptly transporting and distributing them to people in Tay Nha Trang ward. The factory donated 5 million VND and supported meals, along with some other necessities for households whose houses were flooded and are currently staying at the unit.
