The house was built on a level 4 scale, with an area of 63m2 with a total cost of 250 million VND, of which the support amount in the housing support program for households with revolutionary contributions according to Decision No. 21/2024, dated November 22, 2024 of the Prime Minister is 88 million VND, the rest is self-funded by the family.

It is known that Cu Pong commune has 66 households supported to build houses under the program to eliminate temporary houses and dilapidated houses and 37 households supported to repair houses; as of July 29, 2025, 81 houses have been handed over for use (of which 58 were newly built and 23 were repaired); 1 house has been completed and handed over to a household with meritorious services to the revolution who received housing support under Decision No. 21/2024, dated November 22, 2024 of the Prime Minister; 25 households have been supported by the program to support the construction of houses for the poor under Project 1, Program 1719, dated October 14, 2021 of the Prime Minister. Up to now, the site has been handed over, materials have been gathered and construction is underway.
