Dinh Phong commune held a conference to summarize the Program to support the elimination of temporary houses, phase 2021 - 2025 .

Commune leaders awarded certificates of merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

Dinh Phong commune was established on the basis of merging the natural area and population size of 4 communes: Dinh Phong, Phong Nam, Ngoc Khe, Ngoc Con with a natural area of 113.77 ^km2 , population size of 10,778 people, is a border commune, has Po Peo border gate convenient for developing border trade economy .

After the merger, the Commune People's Committee issued a decision to establish a Steering Committee for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, focusing on the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. Implementing good models, creative and effective methods, such as: "Three Together" model (Thinking together - Doing together - Supervising together); "Clean House - New Life" model; effectively integrating resources; assigning specific targets and tasks; enhancing publicity and transparency.

In the 2021 - 2025 period, the total number of approved households is 314. After reviewing and adjusting, there are 303 poor households, near-poor households, and households with meritorious services supported to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, of which 167 are newly built and 136 are repaired. The number of households completing the 2021 - 2025 period is 303/303 households, reaching 100% of the target according to the decision. The disbursement results for the 2021 - 2025 period with a total budget of 13,520 million VND, reaching 100% of the plan.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 9 collectives and 2 individuals, and proposed that the Provincial People's Committee award Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 1 individual.
