According to the report of the Commune People's Committee, in 2025, administrative reform work will be seriously implemented, with focus and key points. Action plans and programs will be issued promptly, concretized into tasks for each department and individual in charge. Up to now, the commune has completed 26 tasks, reaching 79% of the plan, the remaining tasks are being deployed on schedule.
From July 1 to October 6, 2025, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received nearly 2,840 records, processed 2,158 records (1,297 records before the deadline, 779 records on time, 82 records late). The work of receiving and returning results was carried out in accordance with the process, effectively applying the province's administrative procedure handling software.

Handling of records through online public services is increasingly popular, reaching more than 71% of the total number of records arising, contributing to saving time and costs for people and businesses. All administrative procedures are publicly transparent at the headquarters, clearly listed, and easy to look up.
Long Cang Commune has synchronously deployed digital transformation solutions in management, operation and serving people. 100% of commune officials and civil servants use specialized digital signatures, official mailboxes, document management and operation software.

According to the assessment of the Inspection Team, in addition to the achieved results, in the coming time, Long Cang needs to overcome some limitations in the work of receiving and handling administrative procedure records, thoroughly handling records, ensuring the work of digitizing records 6 in accordance with regulations, continuing to increase the rate of online submission and online payment. The working group also acknowledged the recommendations and proposals of the People's Committee of Long Cang commune to synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee for comments and solutions.
At the working session, the Delegation members discussed and provided guidance on how to remove difficulties and obstacles, aiming to build a professional, modern communal administration that takes people as the center of service.
