Nam Phu Commune commemorates the heroic martyrs.

On July 25th, at Ngoc Hoi Martyrs' Cemetery (City Cemetery) - the resting place of nearly 1,300 martyrs, a delegation from the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Phu commune solemnly commemorated the heroic martyrs.

At the ceremony, the delegation from Nam Phu commune respectfully reported to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs about the process of implementing the two-tiered local government model. Following the policies of the Party and the State, after the two-tiered local government officially came into operation, despite facing many difficulties, the Party Committee and people of Nam Phu commune have united, been creative, and made continuous efforts, initially achieving stable operations and some important results, which have been recognized and highly appreciated by the people.

Upholding the heroic and steadfast traditions of previous generations, before the sacred spirit of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs, the leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and departments and units of Nam Phu commune pledge to continue inheriting and carrying on the revolutionary tradition; to be absolutely loyal to the ideals of the Party; to unite and work together, promoting the strength of the great national unity, and to be responsible in serving the Fatherland and the people; to successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, and to successfully organize the first Party Congress of Nam Phu commune, term 2025-2030.

Following the flower-laying and incense-burning ceremony at the Martyrs' Monument, the delegates visited each grave to offer incense in tribute to nearly 1,300 martyrs resting at Ngoc Hoi Martyrs' Cemetery. Each incense stick represents the feelings and gratitude of today's generation for the immense sacrifices of the heroic martyrs who "forgot themselves for the country, served the people"...
