Thanh Ba Commune meets with officials, civil servants of Party agencies, unions, and the Commune People's Committee

On July 2, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Ba commune organized a meeting with cadres, civil servants, and officials of Party agencies, mass organizations, and the People's Committee of the commune. Attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen Kim Chi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune.

At the meeting, the comrades heard the announcement of decisions on the positions of specialized agencies assisting the Party agencies and the People's Committee of the commune. Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Kim Chi emphasized: In the last 6 months of 2025, in the new conditions of restructuring the apparatus, there are still many difficulties and challenges, but with the high determination of the entire political system, the consensus and support of the people, Thanh Ba commune will achieve successful results in all fields, bringing new confidence, spirit and motivation.

He also suggested that the two agencies of the Party, the Union and the People's Committee of the commune review and evaluate the quality of civil servants and public employees; promptly update data on population, administrative boundaries and land in accordance with the needs, potential advantages of the locality; review infrastructure on electricity, roads, schools and stations to determine development strategies; smoothly operate the superior Public Administration Service Center, manage and use digital transformation information technology applications in processing administrative documents smoothly to best serve the needs of people and businesses.

Assign the Commune People's Committee to proactively identify and evaluate socio -economic development indicators from now until the end of the year and best prepare all conditions for the Party Congress of the commune for the term 2025-2030 in July. He also hopes that comrades in the agency will promote their pioneering, exemplary, and responsible nature at work, transform positive energies into actions, strictly comply with regulations and rules on working hours, unite and share for the common goal of building a civilized Thanh Ba commune.
