| Local authorities are mobilizing forces to assist residents in dismantling their houses to hand over the land for the construction of the Cho Moi - Bac Kan expressway. |
Simultaneously, the commune is implementing land clearance for the Thanh Binh Industrial Park Project, Phase 2, covering approximately 80.3 hectares and affecting 129 households; about 44 households need to be relocated, and 104 graves need to be moved.
The basic inventory work has been carried out smoothly; however, some difficulties remain related to surveying, map correction, and the progress of the resettlement area.
To help people stabilize their lives after relocation, the local authorities have implemented various solutions such as providing electricity subsidies for the first three months to households in the Ban Ang Resettlement Area; coordinating the supply of construction materials at reasonable prices; developing temporary housing plans; and mobilizing forces to assist in dismantling and transporting houses. At the same time, they continue to strengthen dialogue and communication to create consensus.
Mr. Ha Duc Duc, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Thinh commune, said: The locality has identified land clearance as a key task that must be implemented decisively to ensure the progress of the projects. Along with propaganda and mobilization to create consensus among the people, the commune pays special attention to supporting people in stabilizing their lives after relocation, especially for households still facing difficulties and obstacles.
With the involvement of the entire political system and the consensus of the people, land clearance work in Thanh Thinh is achieving positive results, creating conditions to accelerate the progress of projects and contributing to socio-economic development in the locality.
