Facilities The one-stop department is fully equipped with equipment, creating conditions for officials and civil servants to perform their professional tasks well, the process of settling administrative procedures is public, transparent, cost-saving and brings satisfaction to organizations and citizens coming to contact for transactions. 100% of administrative procedures are entered on the one-stop software; the work of digitizing records is implemented effectively, reaching 100%. Most of the people's administrative procedure records are resolved within the day. Administrative procedures are resolved quickly, without appointment and always paid before the deadline. The Reception and Results Department strictly implements the public posting of the set of administrative procedures, ensuring convenience for organizations and individuals when coming to transact.
Currently, the commune implements 70 partially online public services and 54 fully online public services. According to statistics, in the period of 2021 - 2025, 1,939 administrative procedure records were received and processed. Of which, 1,603/1,939 records were received online, reaching 82.67%; the satisfaction level of people and organizations with the annual settlement of administrative procedures reached 90 - 100%. In the period of 2021 - 2025, the Commune People's Committee did not receive any cases of reflection or recommendations on the settlement of administrative procedures.
The commune focuses on building and developing e-government and digital government. Regarding technical infrastructure, broadband internet connection is implemented, ensuring conditions for deploying information technology applications in public service activities. Deploying an online video conferencing system connecting seamlessly from the central to the commune level, helping to increase the effectiveness of directing, operating, and organizing online conferences at the local level. Regarding the application of digital technology and software, effectively deploying and implementing the Document Management and Operation System, connecting from the central to the commune level, the rate of electronic documents exchanged on the local network environment reaches 100%.
Implementing digital signatures integrated into management software helps reduce the use of paper documents. In addition, localities deploy and effectively implement other software applications in public service activities; effectively implement online public services that have been integrated into the National Public Service Portal, with the rate of online public services reaching over 90%.
