The conference was attended by representatives of associations, technology enterprises, tax agents and functional units of the Finance sector.

According to Deputy Director of the Tax Department Mai Son, developing the private economy is a strategic requirement. The Tax Department clearly defines its role as accompaniment and support for taxpayers to effectively and synchronously put these major policies into practice.
In line with that spirit, the Ministry of Finance and the Tax sector have proactively and synchronously deployed many action programs, from policy development to implementation at all levels.
In recent times, the entire Tax sector has promoted administrative reform, modernized management processes, developed digital technology platforms to serve taxpayers; and implemented the "Peak Month to support business households and individuals" to implement new regulations in Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP.
“The implementation of tax policies has received active support from industry associations, technology solution providers, press agencies, local authorities and functional units under the Ministry of Finance. This is an important factor contributing to the initial results. However, in practice, there are still many difficulties, especially in bringing electronic invoices from cash registers to each business household, requiring close coordination and inter-sectoral efforts in the coming time,” said Mr. Mai Son.
At the conference, tax authorities, associations, businesses, tax agents, and consulting units shared and proposed solutions to remove difficulties, improve support processes, and enhance coordination in practice.

The Tax Industry is committed to accompanying and supporting the private economic sector in the process of healthy, equitable and sustainable development. The Tax Industry also aims to become a reliable bridge between taxpayers and solution providers, contributing to the building of a modern and effective tax ecosystem, creating a solid foundation for private economic development.
In the coming time, the Tax sector will deploy 5 key groups of solutions to implement resolutions of the Central, National Assembly, and Government on private economic development.
These include perfecting tax institutions and policies; simplifying tax administrative procedures, including cutting at least 30% of administrative procedure processing time, at least 30% of legal compliance costs, at least 30% of business conditions and continuing to cut them sharply in the following years; promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation; comprehensively innovating compliance management; enhancing propaganda and support for taxpayers.
