Tien Phuoc Commune awarded 21 Land Use Right Certificates to people

DNO - On the morning of July 29, Tien Phuoc commune organized the first handover of 21 land use rights certificates and land-attached assets to local people.

This is the first issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates and Land-attached Assets in Tien Phuoc commune after 1 month of operating the 2-level local government.

Immediately after receiving the handover of all documents from the old Tien Phuoc District People's Committee on June 30, 2025, Tien Phuoc Commune People's Committee focused on reviewing and speeding up the progress of granting the first Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to households.

This batch of land use right certificates was awarded to 7 households in Phuoc An residential area (former Tien Ky town, 17 land use right certificates), 3 households in former Tien Tho commune and 1 household in former Tien Phong commune.
