At the program, delegates were informed and propagated about legal documents related to the land sector; guided on surveying and mapping techniques; procedures related to registration, granting of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land; procedures for land division and cadastral mapping.
At the same time, professional staff guided organizations and individuals on how to perform online public services themselves; provided advice and explained issues that were still unresolved during the land use process; guided the process of submitting documents at the one-stop shop as well as non-territorial documents...
The program is organized to listen to problems, promptly resolve practical difficulties, and help people better understand administrative procedures in the land sector during the operation of two-level local government.
