Before the final round, the Kangaroo team is 3 points ahead of Saudi Arabia. The two teams will meet in the final round.
The third and fourth-placed teams in the groups in the third round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in Asia will continue to the fourth qualifying round. The six teams are divided into two groups of three teams each. The group winners will qualify for the World Cup. The two runners-up will participate in the fifth qualifying round.
