The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism both agreed that it is necessary to replace Circular No. 200/2011/TTLT-BTC-BVHTTDL of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on financial spending regimes for sports competitions.

On May 5, at the opening session of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly , reporting on a number of main contents summarizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people sent to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien said that in preparation for the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front received 63/63 reports reflecting opinions and recommendations of voters and people from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities; 24/63 reports from National Assembly delegations; 20 reports from member organizations and opinions of members of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Voters and people believe that the 10th and 11th Conferences of the 13th Party Central Committee; the 8th Session, and the 9th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly are truly historical milestones, deciding on especially important issues for our country to enter a new era, an era of national development.

Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien also said that voters and people are still worried, anxious, and encounter difficulties when having to move to work in a new administrative unit; worried about the US's tariff policy, causing gold prices, USD exchange rates, and the stock market to fluctuate strongly, affecting the production and business of enterprises; worried, frustrated, indignant, and strongly condemning a number of issues that have emerged recently such as: The situation of production and trade of counterfeit goods: "fake milk", "fake medicine", "poor quality food"; the situation of fraud and false advertising on cyberspace.

Voters and the people are also concerned about the increase in some diseases such as: flu, measles, pink eye, dengue fever, rabies caused by dog ​​and cat bites; indignant at the situation where some people impersonate authorities to call, text, entice, and threaten people in order to defraud and appropriate property; post false news, sensationalize "like" and "view" titles for some posted clips that violate good customs and traditions, causing negative effects on society...

Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee Duong Thanh Binh presented the Report on the results of supervising the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 8th Session, 15th National Assembly.

Presenting the Report on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee Duong Thanh Binh said that voters in many localities proposed to replace Joint Circular No. 200/2011/TTLT-BTC-BVHTTDL of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on financial spending regime for sports competitions.

Through monitoring, it is shown that the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism both agree that it is necessary to replace Circular No. 200/2011/TTLT-BTC-BVHTTDL. However, the process of determining the agency in charge of issuing the document is still stuck.

Receiving comments through supervision, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has submitted a Submission to the Prime Minister proposing the assignment of the task of developing and issuing a replacement document. The Ministry of Finance is assigned to preside over the research and decision according to its authority. It is recommended that the Ministry of Finance preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to issue a Circular replacing Joint Circular No. 200/2011/TTLT-BTC-BVHTTDL.
