The construction of the Provincial Political School must be scientific and avoid waste.

On February 18th, the Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Trinh Viet Hung, conducted a field inspection of the area where the Provincial Political School construction project is planned to be implemented.

Accompanying him were the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Thai Nguyen, Pham Hoang Son; the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Dang Xuan Truong; leaders of departments and agencies; representatives from Thai Nguyen City and related units.

The construction site for the Provincial Political School (standard level 2) is the entire campus and facilities of the former Thai Nguyen College of Education. Here, the leaders of Thai Nguyen province inspected the site, the existing infrastructure, and listened to a report from the consulting firm regarding the design and construction plans for the project's components.

Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung emphasized that the use of land from the former Thai Nguyen College of Education for the construction project of the Provincial Political School and related units must be scientific , appropriate, and avoid waste.

Existing facilities (such as administrative buildings, lecture halls, dormitories, etc.) and available land must be utilized to the fullest extent for renovation and upgrading, ensuring suitability, scientific planning, avoiding waste, and providing ample space for green landscaping. New construction projects must ensure proper functionality, modernity, and aesthetic appeal.

Secretary Trinh Viet Hung requested Thai Nguyen City to carry out land clearance at the school gate area to hand over the land; to implement the steps in accordance with regulations, ensuring urban aesthetics and the architectural landscape of the Project. At the same time, specialized agencies should develop a plan to relocate the Kindergarten outside the Project site to a suitable location, ensuring the care and education of the teachers and students of the school.

The deadline for the consulting unit to finalize the detailed construction plan and report it to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee is before March 6, 2025.
