From clearly identifying that core value, in recent years, BIDV Nghe An branch has continuously invested in developing and expanding transaction offices to create the most convenience for customers (the network includes the head office and 09 transaction offices in Vinh city); at the same time, upgrading facilities, investing in equipment, paying attention to the arrangement and decoration, creating convenience and comfort for customers at the transaction office; publicly posting procedures for people to grasp, ensuring democracy, publicity and transparency.

To keep up with the trend of technology development in the banking sector, BIDV Nghe An promotes digital transformation in its operations, especially products and services that create convenience and ease for customers to transact anytime, anywhere without having to go to the bank through electronic banking applications such as Smartbanking, Ibank...

In particular, BIDV Nghe An promotes corporate values ​​by focusing on improving and enhancing the quality of services with a commitment to providing quality services, ensuring trust and satisfaction from customers; at the same time, building a service style, attitude, and behavior that puts the interests of customers first. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, in Vinh city (Nghe An province) shared: “Previously, because I was not “familiar” with online money transfer applications, when sending money to help people in difficult circumstances in localities across the country, I always went to the bank transaction office and did not choose a fixed bank, but transferred to whichever bank was convenient. But now with BIDV Smartbanking, I can easily transfer money regardless of time and to any bank in the country with a high limit without having to pay transfer fees”.

BIDV Nghe An has also recorded many touching stories of customers when bank employees returned excess money when making transactions. For example, in early March 2023, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh (Quy Hop district) received 15 million VND in excess money from the bank; or before that, in February 2023, Ms. Nguyen Thi Van (Vinh city) received 120 million VND from BIDV employees; or Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien (Vinh city) was also given 15 million VND in excess money... That has shown the heart of a bank officer, that is professional ethics, the value of integrity, one of the good cultural values ​​of BIDV people.

To ensure the goal of serving customers best - the key factor for sustainable development of the enterprise, BIDV Nghe An Party Committee is interested in proposing many policies, directing professional levels to train and develop a team with good qualifications and professional capacity; especially arousing the desire to contribute, the sense of pioneering innovation and creativity in products and working processes to meet the increasing needs of customers as well as meet the requirements of digital banking transformation.

Up to now, BIDV Nghe An has 190 staff members; of which 90% have master's and university degrees, and 54% are party members. The Party Committee always promotes scientific research and creative work among staff and party members to increase labor productivity, thanks to which many good practices have been applied in departments, especially in the past year, the branch had 05 initiatives recognized at the BIDV system level.

A pillar in corporate culture that BIDV Nghe An Party Committee pays great attention to is the role and social responsibility through social security activities, humanitarian charity, contributing to the sustainable development of the community and society. Accordingly, every year, the Branch regularly mobilizes officers and employees to participate in humanitarian blood donation, allocate salary days to help victims of natural disasters, floods, "Repaying gratitude" activities and other community activities, in which the Party members always take the lead.

In the first 9 months of 2023 alone, the Branch has implemented many social security programs, such as supporting poverty reduction through the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; supporting medical treatment costs for patients being treated at medical facilities; supporting healthcare, education, security - defense; supporting the construction of flood-proof houses; housing for meritorious people and the poor in the province; supporting the poor to celebrate Tet... The total funding for the above activities reached nearly 20 billion VND.

In the current period of increasingly deep economic integration, fierce competition requires each enterprise to innovate in both thinking and action to create its own position in the market. That position is created not only by products, revenue, and brand but first and foremost by corporate culture. This is the decisive factor for the success and ensures the sustainable development of the enterprise.

In the first 3 years of the 2020-2025 period, the operational efficiency of BIDV Nghe An has always had strong growth. Capital mobilization has grown annually by 10-12%/year, with market share ranking first among BIDV branches in the North Central region. Credit growth is associated with credit quality control, credit flows continue to be allocated reasonably, towards production and business sectors, especially priority sectors according to the orientation of the Government and the State Bank, actively supporting investment and economic development of the country. Promoting priority sector credit packages, interest rate support, business-bank connection programs, stimulating/stimulating demand to contribute to removing obstacles and promoting production and business.
