Second Congress of Delegates of the Trade Union of the Nghe An Center for Disease Control and Prevention - Term 2025-2030
On the afternoon of October 4th, the Nghe An Center for Disease Control and Prevention held its 2nd Congress of Delegates for the grassroots Trade Union, for the term 2025-2030.

Attending the congress were Comrade Le Xuan Trinh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Truong Vinh Ward, Dr. Chu Trong Trang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director; Specialist Doctor I Pham Dinh Tung - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union; Board of Directors and delegates of the trade union of Nghe An Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

The activities of the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control's Trade Union since the beginning of the term until now, with the efforts of union members and union officials, under the close direction and leadership of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union, the effective coordination and support of the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union, the Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union, the Trade Union Executive Committee has closely followed the political tasks of the unit, implemented innovation in working methods, cared for and protected the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Propagating and educating union members, building a strong organization, the programs set out in the Trade Union Congress resolution have all been basically completed, creating trust among workers.

The Congress agreed on the following goals: Building a strong and comprehensive Center Union; representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; linking union activities with the political and professional tasks of the unit; promoting the core role in Party and government building, contributing to the sustainable development of the Center.

The Congress received the direction of comrade Le Xuan Trinh - Chairman of Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union; Dr. Chu Trong Trang - Director of the Center. From there, solutions were proposed for the new term: Trade Union representatives take care of and protect the rights of union members and workers; improve working conditions, increase income; Innovate propaganda and education work; promote the role of union members in studying, scientific research, and improving qualifications; Effectively organize patriotic emulation movements, associated with professional tasks of preventive medicine; Build a strong Trade Union organization; train union cadres with courage and capacity; Promote women's work, care for the lives, health, and rights of female workers; Manage trade union finances openly and transparently; prioritize spending on activities to care for union members; Strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly detect and prevent violations.
The trade union executive committee for the 2025 - 2030 term consists of 09 comrades.
The Congress elected the Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 members, including 3 members in the Standing Committee, with a reasonable structure between Party Committee leaders, functional departments, and professional units; and elected a delegation of 4 members and 1 alternate member to attend the higher-level Trade Union Congress.
The KSBT Central Trade Union has called on all union members to support people affected by storm No. 10 (BUALOI).
