Nghe An Friendship General Hospital honors Doctor Que Anh Tram with the title of Associate Professor.

Comrade Hoang Phu Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers of congratulations and awarded the Decision of the Chairman of the State Council of Professors to Associate Professor, Doctor, Physician Que Anh Tram .

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Hoang Phu Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Thi Hoai Chung - Director of Nghe An Department of Health ; and representatives of the Provincial Police, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Health, Vinh Phu Ward and medical units in the province.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Hoang Phu Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented congratulatory flowers and presented the Decision of the Chairman of the State Council of Professors recognizing the qualification of Associate Professor in 2025 to Dr. Que Anh Tram - Deputy Director of Nghe An General Hospital.

In his congratulatory speech, comrade Hoang Phu Hien stated: Being recognized as Associate Professor is not only a great honor for Associate Professor, Doctor Que Anh Tram personally, but also a source of pride for the hospital and the Nghe An Health sector.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien expressed his hope that Associate Professor, Doctor, Doctor Que Anh Tram will continue to promote her intelligence and enthusiasm, contributing more to the development of Nghe An's health sector .

The fact that a hospital leader was awarded the title of Associate Professor shows a worthy recognition for his persistent efforts in scientific research, teaching and professional practice; at the same time, it affirms that the quality of the province's medical intellectuals is increasingly improving. As of November 2025, the entire Nghe An health sector has 6 Associate Professors; in 2025 alone, 2 people met the standards.

Working process of Associate Professor, Doctor, Physician Que Anh Tram:

From June 2007 to April 2008 , he was Deputy Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Nghe An General Hospital.

From April 2008 to September 2013 , he was Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Nghe An General Hospital.

From September 2013 to December 2019 , he was Head of the Department of Tropical Diseases, Nghe An General Hospital. From December 2019 to January 2020, he was in charge of operating the Tropical Disease Center, Head of the Department of Parasitic Viruses, Nghe An General Hospital.

From January 2020 to September 2020 , he was Acting Director of the Center for Tropical Diseases, Head of the Department of Parasitic Viruses, Nghe An General Hospital.

From September 2020 to June 2025 , he was Director of the Center for Tropical Diseases, Head of the Department of Parasitic Viruses, Nghe An General Friendship Hospital.

From July 2025 to present , he is Deputy Director of Nghe An General Friendship Hospital, concurrently Head of the Provincial Cadre Health Clinic.

During her career, Dr. Que Anh Tram has received many Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Health, the Vietnam Medical Association, the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee; and was awarded the title of Meritorious Physician by the President in 2016.
