The Xuan Huong Ward Comprehensive Service Center – Da Lat is a public service unit directly under the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, established according to Plan 7177/PA-UBND dated November 14, 2025, of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.
The Xuan Huong Ward Comprehensive Service Center in Da Lat was established to carry out tasks related to culture, sports , tourism, information and communication, agricultural extension, community learning center, information monitoring and management center, etc., in order to provide basic and essential public services to the people at the grassroots level.
The center is staffed with 8 personnel; of which, 2 are from the Agricultural Center and 4 are from the former Da Lat City Cultural Center. Mr. Ho Huu Tuong was trusted and appointed as the Director of the Xuan Huong Ward General Service Center - Da Lat.
The establishment of a streamlined assurance center with a rational structure, effective and efficient operation, and gradual financial autonomy is crucial.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Mau Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat, emphasized: "The establishment of the Ward's Comprehensive Service Center is an important milestone in improving the quality of multi-sectoral and multi-field public service delivery in the ward. This is one of the new models aimed at serving the people more effectively."
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat, requested the Ward's General Service Center to quickly stabilize its organization; assign specific tasks to its members and staff. The Center's officials and staff should enhance their spirit of unity and responsibility, improve operational efficiency, and successfully complete their assigned tasks, contributing to the promotion of socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the locality.
