Notably, at the time of discovery, the authorities recorded that the baby was left with a handwritten note with the following content: I ask you to take care of my baby because I have many children, and the baby has a congenital disability from the mother's womb. The baby's name is Minh Thuy. Date: August 8, 2025.

Immediately afterwards, the People's Committee of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat announced that anyone who knew information about the biological parents of the abandoned child should promptly report to the People's Committee of Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat for consideration and settlement according to regulations.
