The patients were transferred to Ho Chi Minh City on August 17. At the time of admission, Ms. NTH was diagnosed with gasoline burns, 74% of her body was burned in 2nd-3rd degree, shock, and respiratory burns. Mr. TKĐ had 77% of his body burned in 2nd-3rd degree, burn shock, and respiratory burns.

Initial information, on the morning of August 17, a fire broke out in a rented room in Tay Ninh , where Ms. H. and her two young children were living. The fire caused serious injuries to the whole family. The cause, suspected to be the father (divorced) poured gasoline on the victims and set them on fire.
Currently, 2 children QG (13 years old) and BL (5 years old) are seriously injured, suffering from respiratory burns and sepsis. Doctors at the City Children's Hospital are doing their best to treat and save the children's lives.
