Bac Ninh General Social Protection Center is looking for relatives of homeless people.

BAC NINH - On August 1, 2025, Bac Ninh General Social Protection Facility urgently received a homeless person in Vo Cuong ward, transferred by Vo Cuong Ward People's Committee.

The homeless man is male, 1.65cm tall, weighs about 45kg, self-proclaimed name is Nguyen Van Minh (photo) , born in 1954.

When admitted, Mr. Minh was thin and weak; he could talk but could not walk by himself and had no identification papers.
