According to the Provincial People's Committee, the Nghia Lo Ward People's Committee has repeatedly been slow in coordinating the processing of documents, resulting in prolonged delays in handling applications. Some complaints and requests from citizens have also been resolved slowly, affecting the rights of both citizens and businesses.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee criticized and requested an investigation to clarify the responsibilities of the collective and individuals involved; to review the capacity of civil servants, and to strictly handle cases of delayed processing of documents or causing inconvenience to the people. The People's Committee of Nghia Lo Ward is urged to promptly resolve all outstanding documents, prevent the recurrence of delays, and report the results before May 30, 2026.
