Touching Art Program "May Gifts for Him"

On the evening of May 14, at the Hanoi Opera House, a special art program called "May Gifts for Him" ​​took place, commemorating the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025). The program was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Culture Newspaper, and the Vietnam Music, Dance and Singing Theater.

Attending the program were Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia; Party Central Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, along with leaders of central ministries, branches, Hanoi City... and many art lovers.

May Gifts for Him is a special art program, expressing the deep gratitude and infinite love of the Vietnamese people for President Ho Chi Minh , the great leader, national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural celebrity.

This is not only a word of gratitude, but also a wish of every Vietnamese person, to live and contribute according to his ideology, for a peaceful , independent and powerful country.

The program portrays Ho Chi Minh as a cultural symbol, an immortal spirit, living forever in the hearts of the nation and international friends.

Through special art performances, the program recreates his noble revolutionary journey, from Nghe An folk songs, the image of the young boy Nguyen Sinh Cung, to the years of wandering to find a way to save the country and his glorious revolutionary leadership career.

Songs like Ho Chi Minh, The Most Beautiful Name of Him , The Song in the Pac Bo Forest , Offering Him the Song of Spring ... are performed in many art forms: singing, dancing, music, cinema, combined with modern projection technology, creating a profound and inspiring artistic space.

The program consists of 3 parts: "The person looking for the shape of the country", "The flag of peace" and "The name of Ho Chi Minh will shine forever", with the participation of leading artists such as People's Artist Thu Hien, People's Artist Hong Luu, Meritorious Artist Truong Bac, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, along with choirs, symphony orchestras and major art units in the country.

The May gift to Him is not only a meaningful artistic activity on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, but also a practical action to promote the spirit of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, continuing to foster noble ideals for today's and future generations.
