Due to the influence of typhoon number 9, strong winds of level 7, gusting to level 8, were recorded in the Bach Long Vi special zone.

Over the next 12 hours, Typhoon No. 9 will move westward at a speed of approximately 20 km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression. By 4 PM this afternoon, the typhoon will be over land in the northeastern part of Northern Vietnam with an intensity of level 6, gusting to level 8.

The affected areas include the northwestern sea region of the North East Sea, the northern part of the Gulf of Tonkin, and the northeastern coastal region of Vietnam.
