Due to the influence of typhoon number 9, strong winds of level 7, gusting to level 8, were recorded in the Bach Long Vi special zone.
In the next 12 hours, storm No. 9 will move west at a speed of about 20km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression. By 4:00 p.m. this afternoon, the storm will be on land in the Northeast region of the North with a level 6 intensity, gusting to level 8.
