On the morning of May 19, at Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh city), Nghe An province held a flag-saluting ceremony and flying the national flag to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).

The flag-saluting ceremony was held in the sacred space - Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument, with the flag-saluting and incense offering before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh taking place in an emotional and solemn atmosphere.

In particular, at the flag-raising ceremony, two balloons carrying a giant national flag with an area of ​​2,025 square meters were flown into the sky of Vinh city, creating a sacred moment, expressing respect, pride and deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Vietnamese people.

This is the first time Nghe An has organized a large-scale flag-raising activity, combined with a flag-saluting ceremony on Uncle Ho's birthday, to show special gratitude and honor to him.
