The opening ceremony of Miss World 2025 took place in Telangana city, India, bringing together 109 contestants from all over the country and territories.
With traditional Indian music, the contestants appeared in turn according to their regions: America, Caribbean, Africa, Europe, Asia- Pacific . Each beauty wore a typical national costume, combined with creative and attractive choreography to express their own distinct cultural identity.

Vietnam representative – Huynh Tran Y Nhi appeared last on stage. Wearing an outfit inspired by the culture of the Central Highlands, Y Nhi attracted all eyes with her radiant demeanor, confident performance and especially her more than 15 spins on the brightly lit stage.

Miss USA - Athena Crosby, 26 years old, is now a famous journalist and reporter in her home country. She wore an outfit designed by her mother.

Nandini Gupta - the beautiful host of India appeared in colorful traditional costumes, shining with a bright smile and sweet beauty.
Miss Philippines - Krishnah Gravidez impressed when showing off her skillful fan dancing ability.
Brazilian beauty - Jéssica Pedroso scored points with her charming demeanor, confidently performing a traditional dance typical of her homeland.
The opening night received much praise thanks to the elaborate preparation of the contestants from costumes, accessories to unique choreography.
According to the schedule on May 12, contestants from the Asia- Pacific region will participate in an outdoor tour, before entering the next important competitions of Miss World 2025.
