Currently, Yamal is not among the highest paid players, pocketing only about 3 million euros per year. However, everything will change from July 13 when he turns 18 and officially signs a 5-year professional contract, with his salary expected to skyrocket to the level of the team's top stars.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed that Yamal's agent asked Barcelona to accept a new salary for the player, which could be around 35-40 million euros per year. This figure would make Yamal the highest-paid player at the club, surpassing Robert Lewandowski.
