Yen Lac completes the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee

On June 29, Yen Lac District People's Council held the 11th session (special session), 19th term, 2021-2026 term.

Attending the event were comrades: Pham Quang Nguyen, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Phu Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the District People's Council announced the resolution of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on introducing candidates for the position of Chairman of the Yen Lac District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Yen Lac District Party Committee.

Temporarily transferred and appointed comrade Nguyen Xuan Thong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Lac district to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

At the 11th session, the Standing Committee of the District People's Council and the District People's Committee approved a number of submissions and evaluation reports, including: Submission considering the allocation of additional provincial budget capital with targets for the district budget to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Development; Submission of the dismissal of the Head of the Socio-Economic Committee, the District People's Council, term XIX, 2021-2026; Submission of dismissal of a member of the District People's Committee, term XIX, 2021-2026; Submission responding to the election of an additional Head of the Socio-Economic Committee, the District People's Council, term XIX, 2021-2026; Submission introducing candidates for the election of additional members of the District People's Committee, term XIX, 2021-2026; appraisal report of the Legal Committee of the District People's Council and appraisal report of the Economic-Socio-Economic Committee of the District People's Council, etc.

With a spirit of democracy and high responsibility, 100% of the district People's Council delegates unanimously voted to elect comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Yen Lac District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Lac district, proposed a specific action program to unite with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the People's Committee to lead, direct, and overcome difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

In the immediate future, focus on achieving the highest results in the targets and tasks of 2023. At the same time, continue to seriously and effectively organize and implement, completing the targets set by the 19th Yen Lac District Party Congress, term 2021-2026...
