For technical infrastructure works, it is necessary to review and check the drainage system of urban areas to ensure zoning, flood drainage, and ensure against urban flooding during rain and floods. Projects with mountainous terrain such as Nam Nha Trang ward, Bac Nha Trang ward... need to pay attention to having safety reinforcement measures to prevent landslides and flash floods; focus forces on checking the embankments and earth retaining walls of the works; have measures to reinforce and support to avoid landslides and rockslides to neighboring residential areas. At the same time, check key technical infrastructure works, technical infrastructure systems in urban areas such as technical trenches, tunnels, transformer stations, electric poles... to have measures to ensure electrical safety; Check, repair, and bundle exposed electrical lines; repair damaged electrical cabinets; review underground pipe connection locations; ensure pipe quality to avoid dangerous electrical leaks; control the process of trimming urban trees to ensure safety during the rainy and stormy season.

For works in operation and use, the Department of Construction requests, guides, urges and supports people, owners, and units managing and operating the works to reinforce and brace to ensure housing safety before the rainy and stormy season; for works using corrugated iron roofs, plastic ceilings, glass doors, works with panels, high-altitude billboards, and high-altitude water tanks, they must be inspected, reviewed and have measures to repair and reinforce them; construction works in areas at risk of landslides such as river banks, stream banks, flash floods and flash floods must be assessed and warned to the people.

For projects under construction, the Department of Construction requests and urges investors, organizations and individuals involved in construction activities to develop plans and implement measures to ensure safety for people, equipment, works and neighboring works; check the safety of scaffolding structures, implement construction enclosing; review and fully arrange systems of markers, signs, traffic lights and instructions to ensure safe and convenient traffic.

For projects with tower cranes, hoists and equipment working at height, there must be measures to rotate the boom and counterweight to bring the entire crane boom and counterweight into the project area. For technical infrastructure projects, it is recommended that investors remind construction units to have solutions to avoid flooding in the project, and have signs at flooded excavation locations and dangerous locations at risk of landslides due to construction on hills and mountains to ensure that no bad situations occur. Note that when implementing drainage of flooding in the project due to storms, it is recommended to coordinate with neighboring projects to have effective implementation measures, limiting the impact on existing residential areas nearby due to differences in ground leveling height.
