\NDie Erprobung von ICVs im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr ermöglicht es Herstellern und Technologieunternehmen, autonome Fahrsysteme unter realen Bedingungen zu testen und zu verbessern. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse zur Leistungsfähigkeit und Sicherheit von ICVs im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr tragen zur Entwicklung zuverlässiger autonomer Technologien bei, beschleunigen die Einführung intelligenter Fahrzeuge und gestalten die Zukunft des Transportwesens.

\NIm November 2023 gab das chinesische Ministerium für Industrie und Informationstechnologie bekannt, dass Testgenehmigungen für autonome Fahrzeuge der Stufen 3 und 4 des chinesischen Klassifizierungssystems erteilt werden. Dieser Schritt unterstreicht Chinas Entschlossenheit, die Technologie autonomer Fahrzeuge voranzutreiben und in seine Infrastruktur zu integrieren.
\NDie Stufen 3 und 4 autonomer Fahrzeuge beschreiben den Grad der Autonomie eines Fahrzeugs. Phương tiện giao thông kết nối thông minh (ICV) là phương tiện giao thông được trang bị cảm biến, phần mềm và công nghệ tiên tiến, cho phép chúng kết nối, tương tác với nhau, cũng như với cơ sở hạ tầng xung quanh. Những phương tiện này có thể trao đổi thông tin, nhận biết môi trường và đưa ra quyết định mà không cần sự can thiệp của con người.
Việc thử nghiệm ICV trên đường phố cho phép các nhà sản xuất và công ty công nghệ thử nghiệm và cải tiến hệ thống lái tự động trong môi trường thực tế. Với kết quả thu được về hiệu suất và độ an toàn của ICV trên đường công cộng, những thử nghiệm này góp phần phát triển công nghệ tự hành đáng tin cậy, đẩy nhanh việc áp dụng các phương tiện thông minh và thay đổi tương lai của ngành giao thông vận tải.
Nổi tiếng là quốc gia có ngành công nghiệp ô tô lớn nhất thế giới , Trung Quốc đã tập trung vào ICV như một phần quan trọng trong kế hoạch chiến lược dài hạn của mình. Theo báo cáo từ công ty tư vấn quản lý toàn cầu McKinsey, Trung Quốc sẽ trở thành thị trường xe tự lái lớn nhất thế giới, với doanh thu từ các phương tiện này và dịch vụ di chuyển dự kiến sẽ vượt 500 tỷ USD vào năm 2030.
Tháng 11/2023, Bộ Công nghiệp và Công nghệ thông tin Trung Quốc tiết lộ rằng việc cấp phép thử nghiệm áp dụng cho xe tự lái cấp độ 3 và 4 trong hệ thống phân loại của Trung Quốc. Động thái này thể hiện quyết tâm của Trung Quốc trong việc thúc đẩy công nghệ xe tự lái và tích hợp nó vào cơ sở hạ tầng.
Cấp độ 3 và 4 của xe tự lái là cách phân loại được xác định để mô tả mức độ tự chủ của phương tiện. Cấp độ 3 đại diện cho tự động hóa có điều kiện, trong đó phương tiện có thể quản lý hầu hết các khía cạnh của nhiệm vụ lái xe, nhưng có thể yêu cầu con người can thiệp trong một số tình huống nhất định. Cấp độ 4 biểu thị khả năng tự động hóa cao, trong đó phương tiện có thể thực hiện tất cả các chức năng lái trong các điều kiện và môi trường cụ thể, không cần sự can thiệp của con người.
Bằng cách cho phép thử nghiệm ICV trên đường phố công cộng, Trung Quốc đang tạo ra môi trường thuận lợi cho các nhà sản xuất ô tô và công ty công nghệ cải tiến hệ thống lái tự động của mình. Những thử nghiệm này không chỉ đảm bảo ICV đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn về an toàn và hiệu suất, mà còn tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc phát triển các giải pháp giao thông thông minh cho các thành phố.
Động thái cho phép thử nghiệm xe tự lái trên đường phố là cơ sở tiên quyết bảo đảm cho việc Trung Quốc vươn lên vị trí dẫn đầu trong ngành ICV mới nổi. Với thị trường rộng lớn và nhu cầu ngày càng tăng về các giải pháp vận tải sáng tạo, Trung Quốc đặt mục tiêu trở thành quốc gia đi đầu toàn cầu trong sản xuất và triển khai ICV.
Khi thử nghiệm ICV, Trung Quốc sẽ mở đường cho những tiến bộ trong các lĩnh vực như liên lạc giữa xe với xe (V2V), kết nối giữa xe với cơ sở hạ tầng (V2I) và hệ thống giao thông thông minh. Những công nghệ này là cốt lõi của ICV, cho phép chúng liên lạc với nhau và với cơ sở hạ tầng xung quanh, giúp nâng cao tính an toàn và hiệu quả trên đường.
