Notably, at the construction site of the Xuan Cau Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Business Project, there was a dredger that could not be moved out of the construction site before the storm arrived. The reason was that the highest tide level from July 18 to 20 was only 2.6 m, the highest tide on the afternoon of July 21 was 3.1 m, while the required water level must be from 3.3 to 3.5 m to be able to move.
To ensure the safety of people, vehicles and navigation routes, the Maritime Port Authority requires the investor to develop a storm prevention and shelter plan in place right in the construction area for the above ship.
