In particular, EVN Finance's EVF code recorded the issuance of 351 million shares to existing shareholders from November 30, 2023. After this issuance, EVN Finance will increase its charter capital from VND 3,511 billion to VND 7,021 billion.

In the banking sector, two commercial banks also issued a total of more than 600 million shares to pay dividends to shareholders, increasing their charter capital by thousands of billions of VND.
Notably, Yea1 Group (code YEG) has issued an additional 55 million shares to shareholders. Yeah1's charter capital has increased from VND763 billion to VND1,313.5 billion. Once the most expensive stock in the Vietnamese market, YEG once reached a price of more than VND140,000/share but is now only traded at around VND11,200/share.
Another unit, PC1 Group, also issued an additional 40.6 million shares to pay dividends in 2022 at a rate of 15%. The company's charter capital increased from VND2,704 billion to VND3,110 billion.
In the first 9 months of 2023, PC1's business results recorded a sharp decline in revenue and profit compared to the same period. The company's financial picture also showed a change when at the end of Q3/2023, the amount of cash decreased by 65% compared to the beginning of the year.
