The final round of the 2025 Bia Saigon Dragon Cup National 7-a-side Football Championship has 12 participating teams, representing 8 regions, including: Thien Khoi FC, SHB, Dai Tu (North); 36 Hoang Nong Thao Vy, MyMy, Dien Bach Khoa - Ninh Thuan (South); Hieu Hoa - Quahaco (Central Central); Friendly (South Central); XSKT Dak Lak (Central Highlands); Son Trang (North Central); Phan Kha Construction (West) and Da Lube (Northeast).

The 12 teams were drawn into 3 groups of 4 teams each, playing a round robin to calculate points. The two teams with the best results in each group and the two third-placed teams with the best results will advance to the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and the final to determine the champion. The final round will take place from July 19 to July 27 at the football field of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports in Hoang Liet Ward, Hanoi.

After the final round, a special showmatch was held, where the best faces of the 7-a-side tournament had the opportunity to compete alongside professional football stars, national and former Vietnamese players, thereby inspiring and fueling the passion of the younger generation.
