On July 17, through information from veterans of the Vi Xuyen Front, the Search and Collection Team of Martyrs' Remains of the Provincial Military Command verified, searched and discovered and recovered two martyrs' remains at high point 211, Giang Nam village, Thanh Thuy commune.

The team searching for and collecting the remains of fallen soldiers also found several accompanying artifacts, believed to have been left behind by the soldiers.
