129 HSA assessment points are equivalent to 29.27 graduation exam points in 2024, block A00

On May 23, Hanoi National University announced guidelines for implementing regular university admissions in 2025, and also announced a reference conversion table for admission scores.

Accordingly, this year, Hanoi National University will enroll 21,125 full-time university students with more than 150 majors/training programs, including 11 new training programs.

The three main admission methods applied by the National University include direct admission, priority admission; consideration of high school graduation exam scores; and consideration of the results of the competency assessment exam (HSA).

In addition to the three methods above, some units with specific training programs and majors or using multiple admission methods at the same time or using other admission methods to recruit for a major or group of majors must self-determine the conversion rules to the 30-point scale and publicly announce the conversion rules, input thresholds and admission scores.

With the HSA assessment test score method, Hanoi National University announces the conversion table of admission scores according to HSA to admission scores according to high school graduation exam scores in 2024 for candidates' reference.

According to this conversion table, a candidate who achieves 129/150 HSA points is equivalent to 29.27/30 points in the high school graduation exam for group A00 (math, physics, chemistry), 28.97 points for group B00 (math, chemistry, biology), and 29.75 points for group C00 (literature, history, geography).

Candidates who score 75 HSA points are equivalent to 22.68 points for A00 combination, 21.65 points for B00 combination, and 24.28 points for C00 combination.
