140 million VND in support for the development model of green catfish farming.

(HBĐT) - According to a report from the People's Committee of Nhan My commune (Tan Lac district), since the beginning of the year, implementing the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, the 2022 operational budget transferred to 2023 has supported the production of a model for developing green catfish farming in Trang Ta hamlet with 140 million VND, which is currently being implemented by the locality according to plan.

In addition, Project 3, Sub-project 1, received operational funding from 2022 to 2023 to support agricultural, forestry, and environmental protection development with an amount of 470 million VND, of which over 58 million VND has already been disbursed to the consulting unit. In 2023, Nhan My commune has Project 3, Sub-project 2 to support production development along the value chain with operational funding of 800 million VND, supporting the development of breeding cattle. The People's Committee of the commune has completed the dossiers and selected 46 households to implement the model.

The commune continues to construct two community cultural centers in Song and Chieng hamlets with a capital of 1.5 billion VND. By the end of September 2023, approximately 30% of the project's funds had been disbursed.
