2 businesses target 2,400 billion VND project in Dong Anh

The Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment has just announced the results of opening registration documents for the G19 New Urban Area project in Kim No commune, Dong Anh district.

According to the results, as of October 3, there were 2 investors registered to implement the above project: Everland Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: EVG) and Trung Yen Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.

The new urban area G19 has a total area of over 26 hectares, with a population of about 4,440 people. This project is expected to provide 174 townhouses, 56 villas, 3 social housing buildings of 10-30 floors. Some other items include a 5-storey commercial center, kindergarten, cultural house, green trees and flower gardens.

The total investment capital of the project is nearly 2,200 billion VND, not including compensation and resettlement support costs of nearly 244 billion VND. The project will operate for 50 years with implementation progress until 2029.

Dong Anh district is expected to become a district in 2025. Recently, a series of real estate businesses have registered to implement new projects in Dong Anh.

On August 30, Vingroup Corporation broke ground on the National Exhibition Fair Center and New Urban Area project in Dong Anh district (Vinhomes Co Loa), with a scale of more than 261 hectares and a total investment of nearly VND34,880 billion.

Previously, Dong Anh district had 6 urban area projects that the city was calling for investment in, including: G3 New Urban Area project (area of nearly 80 hectares, investment capital of 8,127 billion VND) located in Kim Chung and Dai Mach communes; G13 New Urban Area (over 44 hectares, 3,113 billion VND) located in Mai Lam and Dong Hoi communes; G8 New Urban Area (nearly 47 hectares, 3,153 billion VND) in Kim No and Kim Chung communes; G17 New Urban Area (nearly 21 hectares, 5,892 billion VND) in Nam Hong commune.

In addition, Dong Anh district also has 2 social housing projects calling for investment: Star City Tien Duong New Urban Area - Social Housing in Tien Duong Commune (44.72ha), with an investment capital of more than VND 8,500 billion and Green Link City New Urban Area - Social Housing in Tien Duong Commune (39.5ha) with an investment capital of more than VND 5,800 billion.

Regarding the enterprise registered to implement the G19 Urban Area project, Everland Group Joint Stock Company was established in 2009. The enterprise operates mainly in the fields of consulting, brokerage, real estate auction, and land use rights auction.

Everland Group is located in Lang Ha Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City. The General Director and legal representative of the enterprise is Mr. Nguyen Thuc Can and the Chairman of the Board of Directors is Mr. Le Dinh Vinh.

As of the second quarter, the charter capital of this unit was nearly 2,660 billion VND. Regarding Everland's business situation, according to the financial report for the first half of this year, the company's net revenue reached 630 billion VND, an increase of nearly 5% over the same period last year. And after-tax profit reached 28 billion VND, an increase of more than 16% over the same period.

Trung Yen Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company was established in 2010. At the beginning of 2021, the company increased its charter capital from 300 billion to 600 billion VND.
