The 20 excellent ideas that made it to the final round demonstrated the creativity and constant innovation of Thanh Hoa province's women in promoting the theme: "Women start-ups, innovation and green transformation".
On the afternoon of April 16, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Women's Union organized the final round of the Women's Entrepreneurship Competition with the theme: "Women's innovative startups and green transformation". Attending the program were representatives of the Provincial Women's Union, provincial agencies and departments, and 20 authors/groups of authors selected from 51 ideas, products, and startup models participating in the preliminary round.
Each author and idea presented for 7-10 minutes in the following areas: agricultural production, traditional occupations, industrial production, information technology application... The authors presented their startup ideas and products on powerpoint software and videos in a lively and logical manner, highlighting the issues, with presentation skills that were right on target and required by the organizers, creating persuasiveness and advantages of the ideas and products in life; demonstrating the courage and will to start a business of the authors of the ideas/projects. Notably, among the 20 ideas, some products have been recognized as OCOP products.

During the presentation, the authors clarified some contents and were recognized and highly appreciated by the jury. Typical ideas and products include: Herbal chicken eggs, a specialty from local materials of Nam Tang Agricultural Cooperative - Dong Son Ward (Bim Son Town); Restoring the weaving craft and bringing Thai brocade to the market, Tays Doo Brocade Cooperative - Xuan Le Commune (Thuong Xuan); Thao Nga ginseng tea, Tay Do Agricultural Cooperative, Vinh Hung Commune (Vinh Loc); Ngoc Hoan Artichoke Essence, Hoan Ngoc Transport Company Limited, Hai Linh Ward (Nghi Son Town); Model of linking production and consumption of Mai An Tiem island watermelon, Cooperative for production and consumption of safe agricultural products in Nga Yen Commune (Nga Son); Hung Huong yellow tofu in Dinh Tan Commune (Yen Dinh); Muong Ha handmade chopsticks in Son Ha Commune (Quan Son)...
All products participating in the contest meet the criteria of "innovation and green transformation".
Accordingly, the Organizing Committee will announce, reward and honor 15 ideas, products and honor them at the event "Women's Creative and Entrepreneurial Day" scheduled to be held in October 2024; at the same time, guide and support authors, ideas for building brands, product packaging, traceability stamps; at the same time, monitor and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of each project.
Previously, on the morning of April 16, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Women's Union organized a training course on applying digital technology in production, business and connecting product consumption for women participating in Cooperatives, Cooperatives, and female business owners. Here, trainees learned the concepts, meanings, and benefits of digital platforms; how digital platforms change production processes; building digital business models; advantages and challenges when applying digital consumption connections; building customer interaction strategies via email and online chat...
With the form of hands-on training and group activities, students both acquire knowledge and discuss to gain more skills in applying digital technology to production and business practices and advertising on social networks, interacting with customers, meeting the development of digital technology and market demand.
