Accordingly, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to rename 3 high schools under the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong, including: Renaming Luong The Vinh High School (Hai Duong City) to Luong The Vinh High School - Hai Duong, a private school; Mac Dinh Chi High School (Nam Sach) to Mac Dinh Chi High School - Nam Sach, a public school; Quang Trung High School (Ninh Giang) to Quang Trung High School - Ninh Giang, a public school.
The renaming of the above schools is to avoid duplication with the names of Luong The Vinh, Mac Dinh Chi, and Quang Trung High Schools in Hai Phong City.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to direct units to stabilize the organization and ensure school activities according to regulations.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province also decided to reorganize 12 VocationalEducation - Continuing Education Centers under 12 district-level People's Committees into centers under the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong.
Accordingly, the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers of the districts: Kim Thanh, Ninh Giang, Thanh Ha, Tu Ky, Thanh Mien, Binh Giang, Nam Sach, Cam Giang, Gia Loc, Kinh Mon town, Chi Linh city, Hai Duong city will be renamed to Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers. The renaming and reorganization of the above educational institutions will be in accordance with the merger of Hai Duong province with Hai Phong city and the implementation of a 2-level local government organization.
