Accordingly, 30 bachelors who have just graduated from the Faculty of Pedagogy (Ha Long University) have volunteered to work as contract teachers at kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools in 5 communes in mountainous, border and island areas of the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, praised the pioneering spirit of the new graduates from the Faculty of Pedagogy (Ha Long University) who volunteered to work in mountainous, border and island communes, thereby meeting the needs of teachers in these areas, contributing to improving the quality of mass education, gradually narrowing the gap between regions. She requested that the communes direct educational institutions to promptly sign labor contracts with teachers to ensure completion before September 5. Implementing the policies of the Central and the province, each teacher is entitled to salary, allowances and support with an average total income of 10 million VND/person/month, and at the same time, attention is paid to arranging food, accommodation and living for teachers.
Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has directed the Department of Education and Training to develop regulations on teacher rotation as a basis for implementation to ensure fairness, publicity and transparency.
