36 exam sites in Ha Tinh are ready to welcome candidates

(Baohatinh.vn) - Along with more than 1.6 million candidates nationwide, from tomorrow (June 25), more than 17,000 candidates in Ha Tinh will officially enter the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. Before "G hour", 36 testing sites have completed preparations and are ready to welcome candidates.

To prepare to welcome more than 17,000 candidates, the Departmentof Education and Training of Ha Tinh has arranged 36 examination sites at high schools and secondary schools. The Department has also arranged 750 examination rooms, including 1 separate examination site for candidates registering to take the exam under the 2006 General Education Program, including 14 rooms at Le Van Thiem Secondary School (Ha Tinh City).

Examination sites in the province have completed preparations.

With the close guidance of the industry, the examination sites were reviewed, inspected, upgraded, and ensured to meet the standards: adequate lighting, ventilation, and no more than 24 candidates per room. In particular, the exam printing area, the exam storage room, and the exam papers were all sealed and strictly monitored 24/7, ensuring absolute safety.

As one of two secondary schools in the province selected as testing sites, Nguyen Du Secondary School ( Ha Tinh City) pays special attention to preparing facilities and equipment.

Mr. Le Ngoc Anh - Principal of Nguyen Du Secondary School said: "Preparing to welcome 567 candidates who are students of Phan Dinh Phung High School, iSchool Ha Tinh and the Provincial Continuing Education Center, we have arranged 25 examination rooms at the examination site. Although the preparation work is complete, to ensure that there are no mistakes, we have checked the examination room facilities, the security of exam questions and papers one last time... At present, the preparation work at Nguyen Du Secondary School examination site has been completed and is ready to welcome candidates."

At Ky Anh High School, which has the largest number of candidates in the province with a total of 930 students, the school has arranged 39 exam rooms with enough seats, fans, and lighting according to regulations. This morning (June 24), the town leaders came to the exam site to give gifts to candidates with difficult circumstances, encourage the team of teachers and staff on duty at the school, and check the final preparations for the exam.

To prepare for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the education sector has arranged 36 testing sites at high schools and junior high schools.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh Nguyen Hong Cuong said: "The Ha Tinh Education Department has completed all preparations at the highest level, ensuring that the exam takes place seriously, objectively, fairly and in accordance with regulations. We have thoroughly inspected the facilities, examination room systems, and equipment at all 36 examination sites, ensuring the best conditions for candidates. Training of invigilators and supervisors has also been strictly implemented so that each person understands the process and responsibilities."

To prepare for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the Ha Tinh Police force has been involved early with thorough preparations in all aspects. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department said that this year's exam took place in the context of administrative unit arrangement and organizational structure. However, the unit quickly grasped the situation, promptly adjusted the force arrangement plan, assigned tasks and strengthened inter-sectoral coordination to ensure that all security and order activities serving the exam still took place smoothly, effectively, without being interrupted by the arrangement work.

Ha Tinh Provincial Police have developed a plan and arranged forces to ensure safety for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

“We focus on ensuring the absolute safety of exam papers and test papers, implementing strict protection plans from printing, transportation, handover to storage, ensuring absolute confidentiality. In particular, we will strengthen professional measures to effectively prevent the use of high technology for cheating and strictly handle violations of exam regulations. Regarding traffic safety, we will develop specific plans to divert and regulate traffic on key routes, especially at school gates during rush hours, to avoid congestion. Regarding fire prevention and fighting, we will closely coordinate with the education sector and related units to inspect and review the entire fire prevention and fighting system at exam sites, especially document storage areas and exam rooms. On-site fire fighting plans and timely response to incidents have been prepared,” said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung.

Together with the police force, Ha Tinh youth have been implementing many meaningful and practical activities, contributing to encouraging the spirit and helping candidates complete the 2025 High School Graduation Exam well. It is known that Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union has established 36 teams with more than 1,600 youth union members to support the "Exam Support" for high school graduation in 2025.

The 2025 high school graduation exam is an extremely important event, directly affecting the future of tens of thousands of students in the province. Recognizing its importance, immediately after receiving directives from the Government and the Ministry of Education and Training , the province established a provincial Steering Committee, and at the same time developed a plan and clearly assigned tasks to each member of the committee. The Steering Committee directed relevant departments, branches and units to prepare the necessary facilities and conditions to organize the exam to ensure absolute safety, seriousness, honesty, objectivity and compliance with regulations.

At the inspection of preparations for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam at a number of testing sites in the province on June 23, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai requested units and localities to closely follow the direction of the province and the guidance of the Department of Education and Training to carefully review the preparation work, creating the best conditions for students to confidently enter the exam and achieve the highest results. In particular, not to let the arrangement of administrative units affect the exam.
