Due to the impact of heavy rain that has lasted for many days, in Duong Quy commune, Van Ban district, there has been localized flooding, mud has flooded into the houses of some households, affecting people's lives.

In the face of the above situation, from June 21 to 23, Duong Quy Commune Police played a key role, promptly deployed response measures; advised local Party committees and authorities on handling unusual natural disasters, and mobilized forces to help people overcome damage.
Upon receiving information that Mr. Phung Van Khoi's household (Ban Pau village) was flooded due to floodwaters, bringing mud and soil, affecting a production area of about 400 m², the Commune Police quickly arrived to coordinate with local authorities to organize forces to assist.
The police force helped Mr. Khoi's family clear drainage ditches, clear mud and directly support the rice harvest to avoid the risk of crop failure due to the heavy rain that could continue.

In addition, Duong Quy Commune Police have increased field inspections in areas along the stream, especially the Chan Chay stream flowing through the area. Here, the police force has directly reminded and requested people not to go down to the stream to fish or salvage wood when the water is flowing rapidly, in order to prevent the risk of accidents and ensure the safety of people's lives during the flood.
